This is a pretty tough to find McCurdy variant with the star and street address. The embossing is in a rectangular slug plate. The top is an applied double taper. The bottom is iron pontiled with heavy black iron residue remaining.

Condition: near perfect structurally with no significant chips, bruises or cracks. The lip has a few slight half moon type wear spots, no real harm. This is a fresh dug bottle that has only been rinsed out, so it has patchy stain and spotty wear that could be polished up.
