Circa 1860 DUFFY & SON Slug Plate Squat

This is a heavy Philly squat with a rectangular slug plate and an applied double taper top. Early smooth-based.

Embossed: E. DUFFY & SON / 44 FILBERT ST

Height:  7 1/2" 

Color: deep teal green

Condition: structurally perfect with just a bit of annealing related lumpy lip (from manufacturing) and some overall light scratchiness and haze spots. Great mold impression. Applied double taper top with a good collar.
