Base	smooth, but with hints that it may have been lightly pontiled before cleaning
Structural Condition	perfect structurally with no chips, cracks or bruises
Surface Condition	pretty clean - just trace dullness. There is some overall spotty wear and light scratchiness. It may have been lightly polish cleaned. It's fine as is, but bit more cleaning would probably take care of most light scratches.
