Priced down due to a crack in one corner that looks stable

Structural Condition	it has a curvy 1" crack in the corner just above the ULL in Cullen's. It looks like a flash crack and very stable. No other structural issues
Surface Condition	Pretty clean, but it does have moderate wear in some areas. Not a major detraction.
