Top	applied double collar with big drippy sag
Base	smooth and flat
Structural Condition	excellent - no chips, cracks, dings or bruises
Surface Condition	very nice - pretty clean with just spotty trace haze/dullness, and spotty light wear/scratchiness. Only issue is that the embossing is light.
