Philly whiskey flasks with oval slug plates are pretty uncommon and sought after. Here is a pretty colored chunky quart from south Philly with a hand tooled top. Nice character in the glass.

Condition: displays mint - very clean and a lovely color that grabs the light. Only issue is a set of 3 small old lip flakes on the right side of the top of the lip - see pics.
