This is a classic Philly pontiled soda in cobalt blue. The top is an applied blob. The bottom is iron pontiled with a frosted ring but no iron residue.

Condition: perfect structurally (no chips, dings, or cracks). This bottle does have some overall light scratchiness and light patchy haze that could be address with a tumble polis. It has never been tumble cleaned, normal base wear. There is also a 1" string bubble on the reverse that is not open but that is a bit mily colored. A decent example.
