Circa 1855-1860 W. M. REX, 525 Green Street - Blue Philadelphia Squat A chunky sized squat with a bottom that just missed being pontiled, or is an obscured pontil. It has an applied double taper top. It's a bit rough, hence the lowered price. Embossed: W. M. REX / 525 GREEN ST. Height: 7 3/8" Condition: an excavated bottle that has loads of bubbles on the reverse, several of which popped open during cooling. They're all natural and are not onion skin dinged, but are mentioned for accuracy. The main issue is there is a 1" bruise in the shoulder above the M, which is pretty subtle with no chips (see pics).
