This is a very rare Philly hair dye bottle with a very wide thin flared lip and an open pontil scarred bottom. Dug in 2022 in a Philly privy It has very pretty opalescent sheen colors and a decent strike. Very crude top.

Condition: an uncleaned bottle that was only rinsed out, so it has some patchy stain that could be cleaned but the opalescence is great character as is. The wide lip is intact except for a 1/2" area that is chipped away.
