This circa 1850-1855 iron pontiled squat with a bold rectangular slug plate. A tough name to find. The base is deeply recessed and excellent pontil scar and residue. This bottle was found in a Philly privy and has only been rinsed out, never tumbled, has natural patina. Nice crude folds in glass too.

Condition: Near perfect structurally, just a very old 1/4" flake off the heel that might have been during manufacturing. Otherwise, just spotty wear and privy patch stain to polish up if don't like the natural look. Nice heavy slug plate IP squat.
