Circa 1860 Dyottville "Patent" Whiskey Cylinder - Philadelphia
This just missed being pontil (or is an eroded pontil). It's a classic example of the earlier Dyottville whiskey clinders, with the "Patent" on the shoulder. It has a drippy applied double taper top.
