Circa 1875-1880 Honey Orange Bunker Hill Pickles
This is a nice orange honey colored example of this classic pickle jar. It has a better strike than most, and the fat ring top is hand tooled. Nice glass character. Embossed: SKILTON FOOTE & CO'S / TRADE MARK / (pic of monument and landscape with trees) / BUNKER HILL PICKLES Height: 7 3/4" Color: honey-orange amber Condition: displays attic mint - near perfect structurally. Only issue is a 1/4" half moon flash in the shoulder, no real harm but mentioned for accuracy. Very clean, hardly any wear. Reference Number: SH400 Price: $87 |
