Circa 1880-1890 Cobalt Snail Ink and Cast Iron Stand
Rarely seen in cobalt blue, this snail ink is in great shape. The stand has one of the raised arms missing on one side but it doesn't affect the functioning.

Structural Condition |
The bottle is perfect - no chips, dings, hairlines, cracks etc. The stand has the one ornamental arm missing, as noted above |
| Surface Condition |
the snail bottle has only trace wear, but there is some patchy haze and contents residue inside - not bad. See pics for condition of the cast iron stand - just normal light corrosion and tarnish - no rusted weak areas. |
