HEISS Sided Blue Soda - Philadelphia

Circa 1848-1850 HEISS Sided Blue Taper Top Mineral Water Soda - Philadelphia

This is the 10-sided Heiss soda with ambossing on 5 panels. The applied taper top is extra chunky sized, crude. The pontil is a ball iron scar deeply pressed into the bottom. Nice crudity, and priced down a bit for some spotty wear.

Embossed: HEISS' // - // SUPERIOR // - // SODA OR // - // MINERAL // - // WATERS

Height: 7 1/2"
Color: deep cobalt blue

Condition: perfectly clean and structurally perfect with no chips, cracks, dings or bruises. This is a tumble polished bottle that retains some spotty scaling wear and high point wear, but a decent example with no structural issues. Lots of micro bubbles and a potsone that has no radiating lines.
