This is an 8-sided deep cobalt mineral water soda from New York. It has an applied taper top and iron pontiled bottom.

Color: deep cobalt blue

Condition: the shoulder on one panel has an in-making large open bubble that is fully annealed, natural crudity. Otherwise, it's almost perfect structurally, just a bit of roughness over about 1/4" of the underside of the taper top collar. Never tumble polished, natural glowy patina but some spotty wear and dullness, and someone scratched across the pontil residue. Great character.
