This a paneled medicinal that was based on Buchu extract. It's an attic find with about 30% of the original label. The top is an oversized double collar, hand applied. Open pontiled bottom. Embossed: H. T. HELMBOLD // GENUINE / FLUID EXTRACTS // PHILADELPHIA Height: 6 5/8" Condition: attic mint - perfect structurally with no chips, dings or cracks.
