Circa 1850 Stoddard Medicine or Utility

This is an exceptional example of early New England glass, made by the Stoddard Glass Works. It has a very crude, gloppy top, zillions of seed bubbles, and crude character and waviness in the glass. Nice tubular pontil. Big hunk of glass in one side, crude.

Unembossed

Height: 6 1/4 "

Color: deep olive green

Condition: Attic mint - structurally perfect with no chips, dings, cracks, etc. Super clean. Just a bit of trace base wear to authenticate. Perfect.

Reference Number:  BB4

Price: $99
