Circa 1850-1855 P. HALL Squat Soda - Philadelphia
Pulled from my collection, I've had this bottle for more than 20 years. There are several variant Halls in squats and sodas, and this one is PHILA rather than PHILADA and is unembossed on the reverse. It has an applied double taper top, and a robust pontil scar. Embossed: P. HALL / PHILA Height: 7 1/2" Condition: excellent - would be near mint except for a 1/4" subtle cork pry bruise (no chipping) and a pinhead nip off the collar. Never tumbled and only has trace haze and trace wear mentioned for accuracy. Reference Number: 2100 Price: $86 |
