This is an earlier stoneware mead, pre-dating the Twitchell buy-out. Hard to find with the "Mead" writing. Mint condition, nice strike. From Philadelphia.

Condition: Nearest mint - structurally perfect (no dings, chips, cracks), clean, hardly any wear. Great bottle.
